Overview
Villa Cristofina is a very special 5 bedroom villa with a pool and plenty of character. Sensitively refurbished in a Morrocan style. The exterior shots were taken late in the day and hence the shadow, however from June to September there is plenty of sunshine around the pool.
Living Areas
The ground floor consists of the large living room with dining area and a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including freeview channels such as BBC & ITV and sports channels such as Sky Sports & BT Sports. DVD player. There is an outstanding kitchen conversion with distressed wood finish throughout and appliances include an Aga type cooker, fridge, freezer, a dishwasher and all mod cons. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
No expense has been spared in creating this North African style conversion in the centre of Vale do Lobo. Entrance hall with chaise longe, one twin bedroom with full en suite shower room. Romantic double room (bed measures 1.5m x 2m) with full en suite double shower and terrace leading to the pool area.
On the ground floor is also one further twin room leading to the terrace and garden area that uses the adjacent shower room. This shower room is shared with the fourth bedroom, which is a bed room containing 4 full size bunk beds. Upstairs is a magnificent master bedroom suite (bed measures 1.8m x 2m) with its own large terrace for private sunbathing, en suite shower room, a romantic master double bed, two sofas, views to the golf course and sea beyond.
Outside Space
This special house is a fantasy conversion of a traditional Vale do Lobo villa. It is set in a mature extensive garden and has a large pool (measuring 7 x 15m approx), catering size gas BBQ, entertainment area for outdoor summer living, outside shower, plenty of garden furniture & outdoor sink and pool house. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplement charge.
Location
This villa is adjacent to the 14th fairway of the Royal Golf Course and within walking distance of the beach and Praca.
Other Items
Rates include maid cleaning service 3 x per week, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Air conditioning is in all all bedrooms and lounge and is included in the rental cost.
The villa will has free Wi-fi for guests . An I-pod dock sound system will be available for guests use.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
