Overview

Villa Gabriella is a delightful four bedroom property situated in the heart of Vale do Lobo within easy walking distance of the Golf club and the Tennis Club. The fashionable Praca with restaurants and cafes and the beach are also within walking distance. Recently refurbished, Villa Gabriella offers a comfortable accommodation with air conditioning/ heating, log burning fireplace, free internet access, full satellite package and the option of pool heating if required. The lovely swimming pool area of Villa Gabriella is very private and is not overlooked.

All guests staying at Villa Gabriella are kindly offered a complimentary welcome refreshment foodpack from the villa owners. The 1st travel cot and highchair are also provided free of charge upon prior reservation.

Living Areas

Designed on two levels your main door takes you into the house on the upper level, the entrance hall with cloakroom leads you to the comfortable open plan living area with leather sofas and an additional sitting area adjacent to the kitchen; and equipped with a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV, DVD player with a selection of DVD's, internet access, open log burning fireplace (ideal for the cooler Winter months) and patio doors leading to the terrace, where the BBQ is. You then have a sub terrace, which the bedroom patio doors open out onto. There are are then 2 steps down from this onto the pool level (there is a child safety gate where the 2 steps are).

There is a fully refurbished and fitted kitchen which includes oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher etc. The kitchen door leads to an outside laundry and drying area with washing machine, ironing facilities and a second fridge freezer - important for extra drinks storage.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the upper level, accessed via two small steps, there is the master double bedroom (two twin beds together that can be prepared as twin beds upon request) with en-suite bathroom (shower over bath) and patio doors to an outside terrace which joins to the main BBQ terrace and leads to the pool area.

The internal staircase takes you downstairs to three twin bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and a safety deposit box with terrace, one with en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, and the fourth bedroom is served by separate bathroom with bath and separate shower unit with terrace. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning units and have wall mounted electric heaters. All bathrooms have heated towel rails.

Outside Space

The outside area consists of a large heatable swimming pool (optional weekly supplement payable) which measures approximately 4 x 9 metres, sunbathing area, lawn which surrounds the property, terrace for outside dining and pool furniture for drinks. There is also a traditional built-in barbecue.

It is possible for us to arrange for a temporary pool fence at this villa via an external supplier, subject to availability. This must be requested in advance of your arrival.
