Overview
Villa Palmeira is a delightful three bedroom detached property situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac with fabulous views over the Royal Golf Course. Just a 10 minute stroll from the beach and famous Praca area. All accommodation is on the ground floor so this villa is great for families.
Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet throughout and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms are included in the rental rate.
Living Areas
The main reception rooms are accessed via an entrance hall and furnishings throughout have a traditional theme. The lounge has an attractive corner fireplace; a flat screen TV showing a wide range of English channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports; DVD player and French windows giving access to the covered terrace.
A Bluetooth speaker is available upon prior request so you can stream your favourite tunes from your smart device.
In addition to the lounge, there is a separate dining room and the fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, juicer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine etc. There is also a guest cloakroom near the entrance.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom accommodation is on the ground floor, there is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms and shower over bath. One of the twin bedrooms can be made up as a double bed upon prior request.
Outside Space
The garden is laid to lawn with mature trees and shrubs; the pool measures approximately 9 metres x 6 metres and has Roman style steps and a patio surround. The shallow end measures 1.20 metres in depth and the deep end measures 2.40 metres in depth. A charcoal barbecue is provided for ‘al fresco’ cuisine and there are steps from the poolside leading to an upper sun terrace. The villa faces due South with pool in front. there is a side garden as well facing west.
Location
Villa Palmeira benefits from a superb central position in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the club house for the renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses where you will also find a selection of shops, the spa and the Spikes bar and restaurant. And within close walking distance of the supermarket and the famous Praca and its stunning beach. The Praca has a wide range of bars, cafes and eateries to choose from and also family entertainment during the summer months. Further entertainment treats in the resort include the family mini-golf centre and the tennis academy.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
