Apartment Moura Praia is an immaculate and modern two bedroom apartment located within short walking distance of the beach, casino and fabulous Vilamoura marina. South facing, and with a superb communal pool, apartment Moura Praia can provide the perfect base for a family holiday in Vilamoura.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the complex and the entrance is accessed via a lift. The apartment is south facing and has far reaching views to the sea. The accommodation is all on one level and consists of a spacious open plan living and dining room; kitchen; two bedrooms (one en suite) and an additional bathroom.
Living Areas
The living room has air conditioning, comfy seating, a television with DVD player and a CD player. Double patio doors lead to the south facing terrace, and the room is open plan to the dining room, with table and chairs for six persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances comprise of a dishwasher, microwave, gas and electric hobs, oven, toaster, coffee maker, integrated fridge freezer, washing machine and iron & ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a twin room with air conditioning and double wardrobes, which uses the adjacent bathroom with shower unit. Bedroom two is a double room with air conditioning, double wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a bath with shower over.
Outside Space
Outside, there is a superb complex communal swimming pool with extensive sun terraces and loungers, and there is the space for two cars to park in the underground car park. The marina and beach can be reached within a 10 minutes walk, and there are a selection of restaurants and bars on your doorstep.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Sliced bread 1 loaf, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
