Brand new to the Sun-hat portfolio for Summer 2024, we are delighted to present Apartment Aerea, a top of the range, luxurious two bedroom frontline apartment that is located directly on the beach of Quarteira, near Vilamoura. This impressive property have been totally refurbished to a premium standard and features literally stunning ocean views and has an truly enviable location with everything on your doorstep- restaurants, cafes, shops and of course the beautiful golden sands of Quarteira beach. Apartment Aerea is a special place, where you can relax whilst listening to the sound of the ocean waves- this really is the perfect romantic getaway and is highly recommended by the Sun-hat team!

Living Areas

Entry to this 2nd floor property is either via the lift or the stairwell. The apartment is situated in a superbly maintained small apartment block, where there is also a telephone entry system for access to the building. The apartment has top quality micro cement flooring throughout and all lighting is dimmable.

The entrance doors leads to the spacious open plan living area, with double patio doors opening to the terrace with sensational sea views. No expense has been spared with the superbly designed kitchen area, complete with Smeg appliances including a juicer, kettle, toaster, integrated coffee machine, combi-oven (microwave, oven & grill), fridge freezer, self opening dishwasher, wine chiller, four induction hobs and extractor. There is also a Nespresso coffee maker. There is a separate utility area with washing machine and clothes rack, and an excellently positioned breakfast with two stools and those breathtaking ocean views.

The owners of Apartment Aerea will kindly provide a complimentary welcome pack for all Sun-hat guests which will include sparkling and Rose wine; and the wine chiller will also be stocked upon arrival with a couple of bottles of wine and water for all guests.

The spacious living area is stylishly furnished with comfy sofa seating, a coffee table and a dining table with seating for 6 persons. The wall mounted flat screen TV features a wide range of IPTV channels, including the popular English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. You can stream your favourite music directly from your Smart device to the Sonos soundbar- and there is also a portable Sonos speaker which is ideal to take to the balcony whilst you are relaxing, taking in the sensational views. There is also a telescope available for clients to use in the living area, so you can take in some fascinating far reaching coastal views.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one has a double bed, a high quality ceiling fan and a window with a beach and ocean view. Double wardrobes with a safe and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit.

Bedroom two has a double bed, a high quality ceiling fan, double wardrobes, window with ocean views and the bedroom uses the adjacent bathroom with large walk-in shower unit.

Outside Space

Many hours of pure relaxation will be spent on the apartment balcony, taking in the breath-taking views whilst listening to the sound of the ocean. The balcony is furnished with tables and chairs, and to protect from the shade there is a ideally positioned electric awning.

The apartment block also has a private unfurnished roof terrace which is available for guests to use.

Location

Apartment Aerea enjoys an unbeatable location directly overlooking the beach and the Quarteria promenade. Here you have practically everything on your doorstep- the beach (perfect for those romantic walks on the sand), a wide range of restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets and bars. The famous Vilamoura marina is also within walking distance- you really are spoilt for choice with this location.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service with bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover cleaning service, bathroom towel change and bed linen change. Hairdryers, beach towels and a couple of beach chairs are provided for your convenience.
