Overview
Casa Jade is a four bedroom, four bathroom villa built on 3 levels. The ground floor has bedroom one, the kitchen and lounge/dining area. The upper level has bedrooms two, three and four and the lower level is the games room/garage complete with a pool table. Located in the popular town of Vilamoura where you will find a large selection of bars and restaurants. For sports enthusiasts Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on your doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!
Living Areas
The open plan lounge/dining area has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV showing international cable channels (with a selection of English language channels). Large patio doors open onto the garden, pool and covered dining terrace. The dining area has a table and seating for eight with patio doors opening to the side of the villa. The well equipped kitchen includes four electric hobs, oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board. On the lower level of the property is the garage/games room with the pool table and comfortable sofas.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one on the ground floor is a double room (1.60m x 2.00m) with split unit air conditioning and an adjacent shower room.
Bedrooms two, three and four are on the upper level. Bedroom two is a twin room with an en suite bathroom with shower, fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom three is a twin room (the beds can be made into a double upon prior request) with an en suite bathroom with shower, fitted wardrobes with safe, split unit air conditioning and the patio door that opens onto the private terrace overlooking the pool. Bedroom four is a twin room with an en suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. There is a separate patio door which opens onto another private terrace with a spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace.
Outside Space
The outside area has a partially covered terrace with a table and seating for eight, there is a further outside table that seats four, a built-in brick BBQ and outside seating. The pool is of a free form shape and is approximately 9 metres x 5 metres in size. The garden is partly laid to lawn with an outside shower and darts board.
Location
Set just a few minutes drive away from Vilamoura Beach, in addition to the villa being accessible to all amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants, the marina with its lively atmosphere and nightlife is easily accessible via the tourist road train that stops nearby, or the marina is within a 5 minute taxi drive. Distances:- Faro Airport 22km; Beach 3km; Restaurant 500m; Golf 1km; Tennis 2km; Marina 2.5km.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Sliced bread 1 loaf, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
