Villa Moa is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a pool and private garden, built on one level, this is the perfect property for the family getaway! Located in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, between the Hilton Hotel and the Old Village, not too far from all amenities with shops, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. Vilamoura Marina is easily accessible via the tourist road train that stops nearby, or just a 5 minute taxi ride away.
Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout, are included in the rental rates.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances including a microwave, kettle, blender, hand blender, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, electric oven, electric hob, and an extractor. The open plan lounge and dining area has a table with seating for six people and a corner log burning fire, the lounge has ample comfy sofa seating, a large flat screen, Smart TV showing international cable channels including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, etc) and patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace.
Bedroom one is a twin room (Beds can be made as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is a twin room (Beds can be made as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom three is a twin room (Beds can be made as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms two and three share the family bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres x 6 metres, the pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and there are steps leading down to a lawn garden, ideal for the kids to play. The partially shaded dining terrace houses two tables with seating for eight people. Steps lead up to the private roof terrace.
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, not too far from all the amenities. Within a short drive you will find The Marina with the capacity for 1,000 yachts and has an air of exclusivity, with a choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and international restaurants, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort. Enjoy a cool drink or a superb meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, cafes and eateries that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious blue flag beaches - Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west.
Vilamoura enjoys a central Algarve location, close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Albufeira and Almancil. Distance from the airport at Faro is approximately just 25 minutes by car. Carvoeiro can reached within a 30 minute drive. Loulé is only 10 minutes inland and the town of Quarteira is literally next door, both of these towns have excellent weekly markets, Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday.

There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of property.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.

Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
