Overview

We are proud to exclusively represent the beautiful Villa Luna. This impressive four plus one bedroom villa sleeps up to ten guests and is built on three levels. Villa Luna features a swimming pool with a separate child section forming part of an extensive outdoor pool patio area centred around the pool bar. The Villa also has a garden that offers total privacy and a games room, making this the ideal property for the family getaway.

Situated within close walking distance to the centre of the village of Boliqueime (approx 5 mins) and also only a 20 minute drive to the popular coastal resorts of Vale de Lobo, Quinta do Lago, Vilamoura and Albufeira. Air conditioning and Fibre optic wi-fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The open plan living and dining area is complete with ample comfy sofa seating and two armchairs; a flat screen TV with an IPTV box showing a wide range of channels including English language channels BBC, ITV & Sky Sports; split unit air conditioning; a dining table with seating for ten persons and double patio doors opening on to the upper garden and terrace overlooking the pool.

The large kitchen is modern and well equipped with a central island and appliances including a washing machine; Nespresso coffee machine; induction hob with four rings; electric oven; microwave; kettle; dishwasher; toaster; fridge freezer; split unit air conditioning and a breakfast table with seating for four persons.

Also on this level there is a guest cloakroom and the garage/games room which is equipped with a table football table and a table tennis table- perfect for those family holiday tournaments!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground floor and this is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room.

Bedrooms two, three, four & five are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two is the master suite, complete with a super king double bed; a walk-in wardrobe with safe; split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the shared and furnished balcony with sea views- and from the first floor further steps lead up to the roof terrace- a great spot, furnished with four bar stools, to enjoy the far reaching sea views whilst enjoying a sundowner or two!

Bedrooms three and four combine to create the family room which sleeps up to four persons. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a separate shower unit. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony. The adjoining bedroom four has double bunk beds and split unit air conditioning and shares the use of the family bathroom.

Bedroom five is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony.

Outside Space

The garden is completely private with an artificial lawn which has a large football goal to keep the younger members of the group entertained. The swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres and has a separate children's section. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge and has a pool cover to help retain the heat in the evenings.

The extensive pool patio is furnished with eleven sun loungers and two parasols if you prefer a little shade. The newly constructed bar area has its own fridge and sink and is the daytime hub of the house, where the good times roll. The pool bar has four accompanying stools and BOSE outdoor speakers which connect directly to Spotify or Airplay.

From the pool terrace steps lead to the upper terrace, furnished with comfy sofas and chairs and is the ideal spot to relax with a good book; there is also a large dining table with seating for up to twelve persons; and a gas BBQ for you to cook your al-fresco meals upon. The villa forecourt is protected by electric gates and has parking space for multiple cars.

Location

Centrally located in the village of Boliqueime, within close walking distance of the centre of the village. Boliqueime (approx. 5 mins) has several cafes, bars and a range of restaurants, all within walking distance of Villa Luna; and the village is also well catered for with a chemist and a choice of supermarkets.

The villa is also located less than 20 minutes drive away from both the inland city of Loulé, and the coastal resorts of Vilamoura with its bustling Marina and many bars and eateries, and Albufeira, where you will find some of the most popular beaches in the region. The Algarve hotspots of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago are also just 20 mins away making Boliqueime the place to base yourself for easy access to many locations. Airport transfer is under half an hour.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. A travel cot and highchair are available free of charge upon prior request.
