Villa Valerie 1 is a lovely three bedroom linked villa that enjoys a central location within the resort of Vilamoura. Perfect for families, the villa benefits from a private garden with golf course views, air conditioning, Wi-fi Internet which are included in the villa rental rate! There is also a heated pool facility at this villa for a supplemental charge.

Living Areas

Open plan living/dining room with patio doors opening to the poolside terrace. Flat screen TV with cable channels; DVD player; CD player and Wi-fi Internet connection. Dining table for 6 persons, air conditioning.

The dining area is open plan to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, oven, gas hobs, juicer, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer and a washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor, on the same level as the garden and poolside terrace. Bedroom one can be prepared as either a twin or a double, and has air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and doors to the garden terrace.

Bedroom two has a small double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and doors to the garden terrace. These two bedrooms share the adjacent ground floor bathroom.

Bedroom three is the Master suite. Located on the first floor of the villa, this suite has a double bed, fitted wardrobes with safe, doors to the balcony with garden and golf views, TV, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit.

Outside Space

On the entrance side of the villa is the poolside terrace, very private with sun loungers and a heated swimming pool that measures approximately 6.5 metres x 5 metres. The pool heating is available for a supplemental charge.

At the back of the villa is the lovely private garden with views of the 18th hole of the Pinhal golf course. The shaded terrace houses a gas BBQ & food preparation area and a table for 6 persons.

There is room for parking on the villa forecourt. Access to the entrance of the villa is via a flight of steps which lead to the poolside terrace.

Villa Valerie 1 enjoys a central location within the resort of Vilamoura. Overlooking the Pinhal golf course in a quiet residential area, the villa is not too far from all amenities, and is the perfect venue for family holidays.

You are a few minutes drive away from the buzz of the Marina, its shops, restaurants, many bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on the doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.

Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week, bathroom towels (changed midweek) and bedroom linen (changed weekly). Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
