Overview

Superbly located amid landscaped gardens, Vilar do Golf was created for those who love to relax in a natural environment with all the sporting and leisure amenities of a top quality resort. Guests may take a refreshing dip in one of the three pools (one exclusively for children), take a bike ride through the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve or simply enjoy the spacious pine forest estate on foot. Other facilities on-site include a gym, sauna, spa, supermarket, coffee-shop, pool bar and a restaurant with adjoining bar terrace overlooking the 9th fairway. As its name suggests, Vilar do Golf is a golfer’s heaven surrounded by the 18-hole championship golf courses situated in the 2,000-acre Quinta do Lago estate. Guests can play the spectacular Quinta do Lago course for a discount.

Living Areas

Open plan living/ dining room and separate kitchen on the ground floor of the villa.

All properties at Vilar do Golf benefit from a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports; Air Conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms and a telephone. All kitchens are equipped with the following appliances- microwave, coffee machine, oven, electric hobs and a dishwasher. A basic welcome pack is provided for guests.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Two bedroom family villas have two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are some villas with double beds available, these are on a request basis only. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps one adult or two children up to the age of 12, free of charge.

Location

Vilar do Golf is centrally located in the luxury resort of Quinta do Lago, next to the Quinta do Lago and Ria Formosa golf courses. A daily courtesy bus runs to the nearby Quinta do Lago beach.

For exploring the local area, a rental car is recommended and the fashionable Quinta shopping complex, the nearby beaches and a selection of fashionable restaurants are only a short driving distance away.

A refundable deposit of €100 pre-authorized on a credit card is required upon check-in. Prices include maid service,number of days is depending on length of stay. Change of towels twice a week and linen once a week. Free Wi-FI throughout the complex. Pool towels for the communal pool are available for a local daily charge.
