You’ll find the Four Seasons Fairways nestled in the heart of the Algarve’s most prestigious development, Quinta do Lago, just a short transfer from Faro International Airport. 132 luxury properties blend the finest traditions of Portuguese architecture with beautiful landscaped gardens. The Four Seasons Fairways provide a luxury leisure experience. The Cluster Villas in Four Seasons Fairways sleep 6 persons and come in different styles. These properties have 2 bedrooms with a private pool. Located at the heart of Quinta do Lago, Four Seasons Fairways is an exclusive resort with 132 luxury properties which blend the finest traditions of Portuguese architecture with beautiful landscaped gardens.

Including air cooling for the Summer months and heating systems for the cooler months. Each villa has a telephone, hairdryer and pool towels are also provided. The high quality furnishings have been chosen to complement the classic interior décor.

Living Areas

An entrance hall leads into the main living space which comprises a large, comfortable sitting room with a fireplace, sofa bed, satellite TV including Sky Sports, direct dial telephones, wi-fi internet connection; a dining area with seating for 6 and an adjacent fully fitted kitchen, which is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, etc, and a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. DVD players can be requested and are free of charge, subject to availability.

Duplex property with double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and spa bath on the first floor. 1 twin bedroom with separate shower room and a sofa bed in the living room.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a resort with multiple properties, the photography here shows an example of one or more properties and your actual property will be allocated by reception on arrival. All units at Four Seasons Fairways are of exactly the same standard.

Outside Space

Patio doors give access to the terraces, which are furnished with sun loungers and a patio table with 4 chairs giving ample opportunity for relaxation and meals ‘al fresco’ for which a gas BBQ is provided. Some terraces have an additional laid to lawn garden with a variety of trees and flowering shrubs. The private pool has Roman style steps.

Children's Club

Upside-Down World for younger visitors! Exclusively for guests at Fairways and Club members, introducing the Crèche service for babies as young as 6 months and toddlers up to 2 years old (details below), along with a fully revamped Kids Club catering to children aged 3 to 12 years.

An exciting play area designed specifically for guests aged 6 months to 2 years old, with a strong emphasis on sensory play to foster creativity and imagination. Activities include free play, story time, puppet theater, music and movement sessions, yoga, art, and messy play, all crafted to develop fine and gross motor skills while enhancing sensory learning and development. Usual operating from May to October on weekdays, and from November to May on Tuesdays and Fridays, the crèche offers both morning and afternoon sessions (10:00 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 17:00), featuring a delightful array of classes and activities to engage and entertain your little ones.

Crèche - This exciting new play area is designed specifically to cater for guests aged 6 months to 2 years olds’ every need and with particular emphasis on sensory play to help support and develop creativity and children’s imagination. Activities include time for free play, story time, puppet theatre, music and movement sessions, yoga, art and messy play activities which are focused on developing fine and gross motor skills and sensory play to support learning and development. Usually open Monday to Friday for babies and toddlers from May to October and on Tuesday & Friday’s from November to May, the creche offers morning and afternoon sessions (10:00 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 17:00) with an exciting array of classes and activities to stimulate and entertain.

Amara Restaurant and Vivo Bistro & Cocktail Lounge

Experience two exceptional dining options at the resort’s clubhouse. Vivo Bistro & Cocktail Lounge offers a lively setting with a wide range of culinary delights and expertly crafted cocktails, perfect for a laid-back meal. Meanwhile, Amara Restaurant presents a truly refined dining atmosphere with a focus on gastronomic excellence. Guests can expect impeccable service, a carefully curated wine selection, and a menu that highlights innovative and beautifully presented dishes. For those preferring to dine privately, Vivo offers a convenient takeaway menu with villa delivery.

Vivo Bistro & Cocktail Lounge - Dine inside or enjoy your meal on the terrace for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The spacious cocktail lounge makes an ideal venue for cocktail lovers or after-dinner coffee while socialising.

Amara Restaurant - An intimate and sophisticated restaurant, contemporary flavours with emphasis on products from the region, hosting regular Jazz nights.

Temporary membership of the Club allows you to take advantage of the exceptional facilities which include the Clubhouse restaurant, a choice of indoor and outdoor heated pools (including a children’s pool), tennis courts, a health and fitness centre, jacuzzi, saunas and a gym – in addition to many other leisure activities. During school holidays, the Fairways Fun Club accepts children of 5 years of age and up, and babysitting is available throughout the year.

There is 24 hour security and rates include a maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Please note there is a breakage deposit of £200 required on arrival.
