Schooner Bay 205 "Frangipani" is an elegant three bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the Schooner Bay complex. Notable features of this stylishly decorated holiday home include the effective use of tropical colours in the décor and it's westerly aspect which allows guests to enjoy spectacular views of the pool, gardens and beach beyond, along with breath taking tropical sunsets.

The open plan living room and kitchen area are the centre of the apartment. French doors lead on to a covered patio, where guests can dine on tasty meals prepared by the cook, or just relax with a cool drink. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The master bedroom has direct access to the covered patio and Bedroom 2 has a small balcony overlooking the pool.

Schooner Bay is an exclusive beach front apartment complex located on the beautiful sand beach of Godings Bay, North of Mullins Bay, on the West Coast of Barbados, in close proximity to Cobblers Cove Hotel. The historic town of Speightstown is within walking distance, and you can find good shopping, banks, sidewalk vendors and excellent casual dining options in this little town. Holetown is also a great shopping and dining area, and is located just a short 15 minute drive away.

Facilities on site include a free-form communal pool, Watersports and tennis are available nearby. Golf is available at either Royal Westmoreland, Apes Hill, or Sandy Lane Golf Clubs. Schooner Bay 205 can be rented as a 3, 2 & 1 bedroom unit. When renting as a 1 or 2 bedroom all bedrooms will be open and available to view on arrival and you can decide which bedrooms you wish to use during your stay. Any unused bedrooms will be closed off accordingly.

Please enquire for further details. There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival of $150, requested by the house manager of property.

Other Items

Please note that after arrival, the local management company will ask you for your credit card details and the Security Deposit of $750 will be debited accordingly. Any damages or breakages, or additional charges such as concierge, will be charged to this credit card and an invoice raised accordingly. The security deposit, or any balance thereof, will be held until 14 days after departure and then refunded accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE; Guests are not permitted to use P20 sunscreen, which can cause irreparable damage to linens that is not visible until laundered. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of guests to ensure that their sunscreen does not contain P20. The property manager does advise that guests will be charged up to $50 per damaged towel or up to $300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
