This gated complex is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, including the Lanterns Mall next door, and is steps away from the Hastings Boardwalk which allows guests to enjoy a gentle (or energetic) stroll along the beach.

Margate Gardens 4 is a three bedroom, three bathroom garden-view condo located on the first and second floors of the south building (note – stairs access only, no lift).

The apartment is a duplex unit, and the main level features an elegant open plan living/dining room, modern galley kitchen, one twin bedroom with adjacent shower room, and a spacious balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool and garden oasis at the centre of the complex.

The master and third bedrooms, both with king-size beds, are on the upper level, both with en-suite bathrooms, and the master bedroom also features a balcony overlooking the pool.

All of the bedrooms are carefully furnished with splashes of tropical colour and enjoy air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Guest facilities at Margate Gardens include a freshwater swimming pool, and one assigned parking space for the apartment. Across the street guests can enjoy Tapas Restaurant, or within walking distance several other excellent watering holes and dining options nearby.

This unit comes with all the modern amenities, including WIFI, and is non-smoking. Housekeeping provided on stays over 8+nights. Charge US$100 cleaning fee, payable locally.

Margate Gardens can be rented as a 2 bedroom property during certain times of the year.

Please note that after arrival, the local management company will ask you for your credit card details and the Security Deposit of $750 will be debited accordingly. Any damages or breakages, or additional charges such as concierge, will be charged to this credit card and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will be held until 14 days after departure and then refunded accordingly.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 12pm.
