It’s all about location with the Bungalows Playa D’Or!

We are delighted to feature two bungalows, numbers 25 & 26, next door to one another, with wonderful views over the famous beach, Cala Gran, in the residential area of Playa D'Or, in the centre of Cala D'Or.

A pathway of steps leads down to the bungalows and the front door opens directly into a comfortable living/dining/kitchen area with doors leading out to a furnished sun terrace. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms/shower rooms, ideal for a small family or two couples wishing to holiday together. There is a shared community swimming pool, if required.

With direct, gated access to the beach and just a short walk from the shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants, you could not ask for a better base for holidaying in Mallorca.

Note – The apartments are privately owned, and the general décor varies between the two apartments (with apartment 26 having recently been renovated by its owners, hence the higher price too). Please see individual photo galleries for the apartments.

Frontline bungalow overlooking Cala Gran Beach, with sun terrace, table & chairs and sun loungers, gated access to beach. Shared community swimming pool.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels.

Balearics Tourism License – A-588 (25) & VT107392 (26).

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
