Accessing the property with a gate from Avenida Belgica, a pathway and steps lead down to the garden and the main entrance.
This front door opens into the entrance hall, living/dining area and kitchen.
The living/dining area has two comfortable sofas and a large round dining table that seats 6 persons. A nice detail is the little window which connects the lounge with the kitchen. This room is very bright and being front line, you always have a nice sea breeze.
French doors open to the large terrace with a dining table, chairs and barbecue. Together with the stunning views you will spend many precious family moments here. The terrace is also accessible from the garden.
The kitchen is full-equipped and adjacent is the utility room (with a toilet).
Most of the bedrooms are also located on this level. On the left-hand side of the living/dining area, is a bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the right-hand side of the living/dining area are three further bedrooms. All these three bedrooms offer sea view. One of these is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room, and two further bedrooms which share a further shower room.
Steps lead down from the entrance hall to the lower level and the final bedroom - a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The pool and garden area are accessible from different parts of the house. The bedroom on the lower level has direct access to this area.
The infinity swimming pool is wonderful, measures 18m x 5m, and offers spectacular views of the bay and the beautiful turquoise waters, on to the beach.
The pool area is surrounded by terraces. The entire garden is gated and secure. The roof terrace can be reached by a staircase situated at the entrance of the property.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Cala d'Or .
