Upon entering the villa, you will immediately feel at ease. The wooden beamed ceilings and high-quality materials, in subtle natural tones, define the strong character of this house.

Thanks to the optimal layout of the rooms, up to ten persons have plenty of space to enjoy – there are three bedrooms on the ground floor and then, on the top floor, which also has a separate entrance, two more bedrooms await.

The grounds are idyllic with a small palm-tree oasis and the swimming pool curves around in a crescent shape, bordered by a sun-terrace with loungers.

The gardens are well laid out and relaxing, with lawns surrounded by tall trees, shrubs and palms and the children can play on the swing or enjoy a little table tennis.

There is an L-shaped covered terrace with dining table and chairs, and a separate barbecue casita, bread oven and cooking area.

Set in the countryside, Finca Sanau enjoys a quiet and private location, yet if you wish to venture out cosmopolitan Cala D`Or and the Vall D`Or Golf course are within a few minutes easy drive and the beach of Cala Sanau is approx 1.5kms away (15-20min walk).

Balearics Tourism License – VTV-0050-BAL

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
