Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a residential area of Cala Esmeralda, Villa Lago is a great new addition to the programme.

Lovingly renovated by its owners, Villa Lago offers spacious, modern & comfortable accommodation for 8 persons, with 4 double bedrooms & 4 shower rooms, and it has been decorated in neutral tones, which gives it a warm and very pleasant atmosphere.

There is a breakfast table in the front garden, next to the kitchen and patio doors lead out from the living/dining area to the terrace at the rear, with wonderful views of the coast & Cala Esmeralda. There is a table & chairs for eating outside, a "Weber" gas barbecue, a chill-out area and sun loungers.

The rectangular infinity pool has a solarium at one end with two padded areas for sunbathing.

Steps lead down to a path and from here there is gate and access to the sea from the rocks with a metal staircase (the owner kindly requests that the metal staircase is removed when it is not being used).

A lovely choice for a holiday in Southeast Mallorca and for families wishing to holiday together but looking for the independence of their own villa accommodation, Villa Esmeralda & Villa Guacarachas are in the same residential road and nearby.

Exterior access via pathway to annexe by the front of the property – ground floor – Sitting room with TV.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Main villa - entrance hall leading to 2 double bedrooms, both with patio doors to terrace and en-suite shower room, 1 cloakroom.

There is 1 further double bedroom with patio doors to terrace and en-suite shower room, off the living/dining & kitchen area, on the other side of the property.

Exterior access via pathway to annexe by the front of the property – ground floor - 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Note – the first floor of the annexe is locked off for storage purposes by the owner.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV/14265 Esmeralda 21

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
