Can Jaume Ramona is an old Mallorcan house located in the Colonya Valley, a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and centuries-old olive fields and other native Majorcan trees.
The house is accessed from the town of Pollensa and runs along a narrow road that skirts different farms, among several historical posesiones (Manor Homes).
Can Jaume Ramona was renovated during the winter of 2019-2020, with special emphasis on the conservation of old traditional elements such as exposed stone walls and wooden beams on the ceilings, while the interiors now have a more current and modern character, and new lighting has also given more light & ambience to all areas.
It now offers spacious & comfortable accommodation on two levels and offers accommodation for 12 persons.
The swimming pool, with Roman step entry, is situated at the front of the villa, with comfortable sun loungers, and a day bed.
There are various terraces, so you can either relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the valley & the surrounding mountains or enjoy an end of day drink before supper. The covered barbecue terrace, with fridge, is adjacent to the swimming pool, a lovely area to dine al fresco or just enjoy the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
It is an ideal choice for a large family or group wishing to holiday together, close to the beautiful old town of Pollensa, with its cafes, bars, restaurants, shops & wonderful weekly Sunday market.
Ground floor – Entrance hall with small seating area & 2 easy chairs, leading to left- hand side – sitting area with large sofa & chaise longue, Satellite/Smart TV & table football, and right-hand side - dining area with table & chairs, and up 1 step to the kitchen with breakfast bar & stools, electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer and at the far end – a sitting games area with two comfortable sofas, TV & wood-burning stove.

First floor - on the left-hand side and up 1 step – 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room, on the right-hand side and up 1 step – 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 further double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room.
It should be noted that the house has various bedroom configurations, it is possible to convert some of the twin bedrooms into double bedrooms, (always on request) allowing the house to have 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
