Overview

Villa La Coma is set in more than an acre of ground in the Colonya Valley, on the outskirts of Pollensa, and just a 10 minutes’ drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

It offers a high standard of spacious and very comfortable accommodation in the main villa on the upper level and in the poolside villa on the lower level, and is perfect for two families or a large extended family wishing to be based at the same villa, with plenty of space to relax and find peace and quiet.

In addition to its charming, traditional features, La Coma also offers the latest in flat screen televisions, IPod docking stations, Wii games system, Apple TV, DVD and Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

The swimming pool is located on the lower level, is gated at the both the upper terrace steps and at its sides, there are ample terraces for both relaxing and dining, with a built in barbecue, and stunning mountain views all around, making this an ideal setting for a relaxing family holiday.

Upper level Main House – Large living room with Satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen/dining area with electric oven & hob, dishwasher and doors to terrace, dining area, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom with pull-out bed(suitable for children only) sharing a full bathroom. Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Lower level / Pool level – Separate villa/apartment - Living/dining room with Satellite TV and doors to terrace, kitchen with electric mini oven/grill, hob and dishwasher, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room. Note - The twin bedroom has a curtain to separate it from the living area, so not totally enclosed as such.

Distance to the supermarket – 3kms.

Transfer time from Palma Airport - 45 minutes

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Mid-week clean and change of towels on one week stays. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

Air conditioning throughout.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
