With the beautiful backdrop of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, Can Toni Mosca is an idyllic countryside retreat, yet is within walking distance (reached by country lanes) of the picturesque old town of Pollensa, with its charm and amenities suited to all.

The beaches of Cala San Vicente, with its three small beaches of Cala Barques, Cala Molins & Cala Clara are only a short drive away, as is the larger resort of Puerto Pollensa, with its long stretch of sandy beach and variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.

As soon as you drive through the gates and enter the grounds of Can Toni Mosca, the owner's passion for gardening is evident in the well nurtured garden, with an abundance of plants, palm trees and creeping vines intertwining above terraces providing natural shade, whilst carefully trimmed hedges set the scene.

It offers spacious and accommodation on two levels, is thoughtfully furnished, with Mallorquin features introduced to the décor to create an authentic ambiance: wooden beamed ceilings, stone-clad walls, large oak doors with huge iron handles, a farmhouse-style kitchen, terracotta tiles and pots – even an ornate 'Juliet' balcony.

There is an inviting rectangular swimming pool, surrounded by open and covered terraces providing a choice of seating arrangements ideal for eating, relaxing and taking in the stunning countryside views.

Outside Space

The exterior is most attractive with a rectangular swimming pool, with Roman step entry, surrounded by a sun terrace, and a lovely garden with lawned area, palm trees & shrubs.

Dining al-fresco is one of the great pleasures at Can Toni Mosca, there is a covered terrace with a wooden table with chairs, and a barbecue, and ample sun terraces to enjoy pre-dinner drinks too. There is a table tennis table for entertainment!

Cleaning and change of bed linen once a week, towel change twice a week. Pool towels included.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms, on a timer 0800 – 1000hrs and 2200 – 0600hrs each day.

Central hearing available on request, for early and late season lets, at a supplementary charge.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV407

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
