Set over two levels, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms/shower rooms, and a mezzanine overlooking the living area with a single bed, Villa Camp Gran can accommodate seven persons.
Furnished with taste and style by its owner (who runs a well-known art gallery), both the interiors and the exteriors of the villa are rich in artworks from famous contemporary artists.
Outside, this villa is set to impress! It is surrounded by extensive gardens providing privacy and seclusion. The swimming pool, and its surrounding terrace, is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols and a shaded furnished terrace runs the length of the villa, and there is a large outdoor kitchen, with barbecue, perfect for al-fresco dining.

Ground floor – Entrance to living/dining area with two comfy sofas, woodburning stove, Satellite TV, WIFI and patio doors to terrace, leading to open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar & 2 stools, electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Ground floor – Entrance to 1 spacious double bedroom with sitting area, patio doors to pool/garden and en-suite bathroom.
First floor – 1 double bedroom, 1 compact twin bedroom (better suited to children), 1 bathroom and mezzanine overlooking the living area with a single bed for the 7th person.
Note – there is a shower room is located at the rear of the villa, accessed from the outside.
Outside Area
Outside, this villa is set to impress! It is surrounded by extensive gardens providing privacy and seclusion. As with the interiors, the gardens are also rich in artworks, scattered all around the grounds. Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
