Overview

Villa El Crever is located halfway along a secondary road that connects the beautiful old town of Pollensa, with its good selection of bars/cafes & restaurants, as well as its popular and vibrant Sunday market, and Puerto Pollensa, with its lovely beach & resort.

A 200-year-old house, Villa El Crever has been carefully renovated over recent years, to modernize it whilst at the same time still retaining the character of the old local architecture.

Among the most important improvements made, the interior new floors, the installation of air conditioning units in the bedrooms, renovation of all bathrooms, a new fitted kitchen, as well as the extension and renovation of the pool terrace.

From the main entrance on the ground floor of the house there is access to a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful, vaulted arch. From here the character kitchen, with a small breakfast area, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher.

On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and two shower rooms.

To the left of the entrance is the staircase which leads to the upper floor, where you find the main lounge with a large sofa and a chaise longue, along with a Smart TV, prepared with a wireless internet connection so that you can enjoy your Amazon, Netflix or other platform accounts.

On the upper floor, there are also the four further bedrooms (two doubles & two twin bedrooms), one bathroom and one shower room.

Outside, there is a covered terrace with table & chairs and built in barbecue for alfresco dining at the front of the villa.

Gated access to the rectangular swimming pool with Roman step entry, surrounded by lovely terrace for relaxing and sunbathing, bordered by a lawned area and enclosed by hedges. Pool table & table tennis table for entertainment!

Living Areas

Ground floor – entrance hall, ahead to spacious living/dining area with beautiful, vaulted arch, table & chairs and doors to terrace, archway to kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and door to outside.

First floor – further living area with a sofa & a chaise longue with Smart TV - 65-inch - with a wireless internet connection so that you can enjoy their Amazon, Netflix or other platform accounts.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor – entrance hall, 1 double bedroom, 2 shower rooms.

Staircase leading to the first floor – 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 further double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom (freestanding bath & separate shower), 1 shower room.

It should be noted that Villa Crever has various configurations for the beds, it is possible to convert some of the twin rooms into doubles (always on prior request) allowing the distribution to be 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.

Outside Space

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and change of bed linen once a week, towel change twice a week. Pool towels included.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV802

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
