Overview

Located in a beautiful oak forest (hence the name), Villa Las Encinas is just a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful town of Pollensa, and the beach & resort of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

Villas Las Encinas was renovated during the winter of 2019-2020, with special emphasis on the conservation of old traditional elements, such as exposed stone facade and wooden beams on the ceilings, while the interiors now have a more current and modern character, and new lighting has also given more light & ambience to all areas, including the outdoor areas & terraces.

It now offers spacious & comfortable accommodation on two levels and offers accommodation for 8 persons.

Living Areas

From the parking area some stone stairs lead to the terrace where the main entrance is located.

Ground floor – Living area with three comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, WIFI & doors to terrace, dining area with table & chairs, and breakfast bar to kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and door to terrace, utility room with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

From the parking area some stone stairs lead to the terrace where the main entrance is located.

Ground floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room.

First floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (and separate shower), 1 twin bedroom.

Outside Space

The main covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor table for 8 persons and has easy access to the kitchen, as well as the barbecue, ideal for those who wish to grill.

Passing through the double arched stone wall you enter the chillout area, with a multitude of seating areas and comforting shade during the day. Those who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere can come here to relax after dinner. The second covered terrace is adjacent to here and has a small bar and table football. Finally, in the front part of the house, there is a small platform, with table & chairs, for those who prefer to sit in the shade of the oaks.

The rectangular swimming pool has 6 steps into the corner, and around the pool there are ample spaces for sun loungers and a day bed.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and change of bed linen once a week, towel change twice a week. Pool towels included.
