Nestling on the lower slopes of the Tramuntana mountain range, the villa has lovely countryside & mountain views, and is perfect for those wanting a family holiday in the Pollensa hills.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is just a few minutes’ drive away, 2.4kms, while the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are 8.5kms away.

A charming, restored family home, full of character, the original dwelling dates to the eighteenth century.

Built on two floors, this stone clad farmhouse has many traditional features, like inner stone wall and terracotta tiles, and is comfortably furnished throughout.

From the front covered terrace original Mallorcan wooden double doors open into the entrance hall.

To the left is the lounge with seating area & Satellite TV. The dining room has nice views to the garden and swimming pool and to the rear is the fully fitted kitchen with a door leading out to the covered BBQ area. A second door leads to the utility area housing the washing machine.

To the right of the entrance hall, an inner stone archway leads to a twin bedroom and a shower room.

The staircase leads up to the galleried landing and onto 3 further bedrooms, 1 double & 2 twin bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite bathroom and 1 further bathroom.

To the rear is the covered dining terrace with a huge solid oak "banquet" dining table comfortably seating 8 persons. The oval shaped swimming pool has Roman steps and relaxing sun loungers adorn the sun terraces, with grassed areas for children to play amongst the hedged gardens. The shaded sun terrace is an ideal area for afternoon siestas and total relaxation. There is a pool table & table tennis table for entertainment!

Cleaning and change of bed linen once a week, towel change twice a week. Pool towels included.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms, on a timer 1730hrs – 1930hrs & 2200hrs – 0900hrs.

Balearics Tourism License - VTV1280BAL

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
