Overview

Finca Can Revell is set in the countryside, in a quiet forest area, 2kms from the little village of Son Carrio near Porto Cristo in Southeast Mallorca.

Just a short drive away, 7kms, and you will arrive at beaches, Porto Cristo marina with its shops, cafes, bars & restaurants, the caves of “Cuevas del Drach” and “Cuevas dels Hams” and the Golf course of S’Era den Pula.

Finca Can Ravell sleeps 8 persons and offers spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels, with 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first-floor levels.

Outside, is the lovely swimming pool, irregular in shape, 10m x 4m (depths – 0.6m – 1.8m) with feature bridge & 3 stone steps into the shallow end of pool.

Ground floor – Entrance hall, living/dining area with two comfy three-seater sofas, beamed ceilings & cooling tiled floors, Satellite TV, DVD player, CD/Radio, WIFI and doors to terrace, archway to kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine– both with doors to terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor – 1 double bedroom with dressing area and en-suite bathroom (with Jacuzzi bath & separate shower), 1 shower room.

First floor – 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, 1 bathroom. .

Maid service will be on arrival day and there will be a change of linen & towels mid-stay for a reservation of 14 days.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms on a timer, 1900hrs – 0700hrs from 1 June – 30 September. If air conditioning is required 24hrs a day during these months, it is available on request, at a supplementary charge.

If air-conditioning is required during April, May & October, it is available on request and on a timer; 1900hrs – 0700hrs, at a supplementary charge.

Central heating is available on request, at a supplementary charge; based on 8 hours per day, 07:00 - 09:30hrs and 18:30 - 00:00hrs.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV/1553.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
