Can Palleta is set in the countryside yet is just a short distance from the lovely little village of S’Horta, where you will find local shops, a bank, a bakery or can enjoy a meal in the bars / restaurants in the town's square.

It is a most attractive property, with a beautiful stone exterior, and offers spacious, comfortable, and traditional accommodation on three levels.

The ground floor comprises the living/dining and kitchen areas, as well as 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom), with a further 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom) on the first-floor level and is the ideal choice for a large family or group of friends looking to holiday together but looking for space and independence in the layout of their holiday accommodation.

Doors lead out to a lovely covered terrace and from here steps lead down to the rectangular swimming pool, with Roman step entry, which is set in an open terrace surround with sunbeds & two fixed parasols, a lovely spot for sunbathing.

A good selection of terraces with a comfy suite to enjoy a cooling end of day drink, before heading to the outdoor kitchen & dining area with table & chairs, and a built-in barbecue, for alfresco dining.

Second floor – Mini gym with bike & sit up bench with weights (note – care to be taken when using equipment).

Maid service will be on arrival day and there will be a change of linen & towels mid-stay for a reservation of 14 days.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms on a timer, 1900hrs – 0700hrs, from 1 June – 30 September. If air conditioning is required 24hrs a day during these months, it is available on request, at a supplementary charge.

During April, May & October, it is available on request and on a timer, 1900hrs – 0700hrs, at a supplementary charge.

Central heating is available on request, at a supplementary charge; based on 8 hours per day, between 07:00 - 09:30hrs and 18:30 - 00:00hrs.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV/1799.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
