Air conditioning in the bedrooms on a timer, 1900hrs – 0700hrs, from 1 June – 30 September. If air conditioning is required 24hrs a day during these months, it is available on request, at a supplementary charge.
During April, May & October, it is available on request and on a timer, 1900hrs – 0700hrs, at a supplementary charge.
Central heating is available on request, at a supplementary charge; based on 8 hours per day, between 07:00 - 09:30hrs and 18:30 - 00:00hrs.
Balearics Tourism License – ETV/1799.
There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Cala d'Or .

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
