This spectacular villa is in a front line position overlooking the Port of Mahon and a very short walk to the stunning harbour of Calas Fonts where there are bars, restaurants and shops aplenty. During the summer this little harbour is packed with people out for evening strolls, sidewalk entertainment and night markets - all this with beautiful views of the Isla de Rey and the mouth of the harbour as a backdrop. Many of the islands lovely beaches are also only a short drive away.
This luxury villa has two floors and an attic (accessed by a spiral staircase and locked off for storage purposes by the owner).
You enter the property on the ground floor in to a spacious open-plan living area and instantly you are able to enjoy spectacular sea views.
The lounge is a comfortable room with sofas, coffee tables, Satellite TV and a large pool table.
From the lounge is the stunning and fully-equipped kitchen with white units and hardwearing grey stone worksurface. There is a dining table that will comfortably seat 8 people and from the dining table are patio doors that lead out to the garden.
From the kitchen is a “service area” which has a bedroom with twin beds, shower room and laundry room with washing machine.
There are two further bedrooms on the ground floor and the remaining four bedrooms are on the first floor.
Outside there are plenty of areas to both sunbathe and take in the views.
There is an L-shaped swimming pool, surrounded by a large open terrace with sunbeds (note – care should be taken with children and the stone wall on the far side of the pool). There is a large dining table outside that will seat everyone as well as a barbecue area and outside shower.
The whole property is fully air conditioned, decorated with exquisite taste and all the bedrooms are spacious.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.
Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours.
Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Mahon, San Luis & South East.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
