Set off a country lane, in the tiny hamlet of Torret, electric gates open into the grounds and to Les Arcs, a beautiful stone farmhouse, which offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation on two levels. Beautifully restored, yet maintaining an authentic feel, character and natural ambience, it offers quality fixtures, fittings and tasteful furnishings throughout. The tiled floors, stonewalls and high beams bring a real character to this delightful property.

Living Areas

Ground floor - Entrance hall, living area with cream sofas, high-beamed ceilings, ceiling fan, wood burner and doors to terrace, through to dining area and breakfast bar to kitchen with ceiling fan, gas hob & electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and doors to terrace, utility room with washing machine, guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor – two on one side, 1 twin bedroom with ceiling fan and en-suite full bathroom (step up and into bath), 1 double bedroom with ceiling fan and doors to terrace/garden and en-suite full bathroom, and then on the other side a corridor leads to 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room (large walk-in shower), 1 further double bedroom with doors to terrace, 1 shower room (with large walk-in shower) and a TV room with IPTV TV, a DVD player, Sonos sound system. There is WIFI access in the whole property.

First floor – Staircase up to the master bedroom with a 4-poster bed, ceiling fan, Satellite TV, doors to terrace and en-suite full bathroom (with double vanity unit).

Outside Space

Doors lead out from the living/dining/kitchen area and the double bedroom on the ground floor to a lovely covered terrace with rattan lounge suite, and table and chairs for outdoor dining. From the covered terrace, extensive gardens laid to lawn, with trees and shrubs, and a lovely day-bed, lead down to the large swimming pool, which is set in an open terrace enclosed surround, a lovely spot for peaceful and private sunbathing. At one end is a shaded covered terrace and there is a summer kitchen with fridge, sink and a built-in barbecue for alfresco dining (as well as three very good local restaurants just a short distance away in Torret if you fancy dining out!). There is a volleyball area for entertainment!

Location

Approximately 10 minutes drive to the beach of Punta Prima and 5 minutes walk to the local supermarket as well as 3 restaurants, Pan y Vino, La Caraba and Sa Pedrera d’es Pujol, in Torret.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.

Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours.

Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Hairdryers included, free of charge.

Air-conditioning in bedrooms.

Central heating throughout, available at a supplementary charge (to be advised at the time of booking, if requested).
