To the back of the property is the outdoor covered dining terrace with table and chairs, sofas and a large portable barbecue. On the lower terrace is the stunning infinity swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a simply wonderful spot to relax and take in the incredible views over Mahon harbour and town.

Ground floor – Entrance hall leading to living area, cream & white in décor, with ceiling fan and doors to terrace, dining area with staircase up to a tower room with views over the port (and a telescope to provide an even better view!), modern kitchen fitted with high quality units and marble worktops, and fully equipped with electric hob & oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and ceiling fan. The kitchen is open-plan to both the dining room and the lounge so there is plenty of light from every angle!

Lower ground floor – a curving marble staircase leads down to a further living area, tastefully furnished with doors out to terrace and pool, bar area, ceiling fan, Satellite TV, a DVD player and WIFI access.

Services

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.

Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours.

Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.
