Overview

Villa Bellamirada is a lovely villa, which has been recently renovated, to offer spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels.

Located in the residential area of San Jaime, it overlooks the popular resort of Son Bou, has stunning views of the beach and coast and it is only 15 minutes’ walk to the beach and resort centre, with bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets & shops.

As you enter the villa on the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Ahead is the living area with 2 comfy sofas & chairs, wall mounted Satellite TV, WIFI and 2 sets of patio doors lead out to the covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying the idyllic charm of the place and the wonderful views.

An archway off the living area, leads to the kitchen, which is compact, but has everything you need – an electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher & fridge/freezer.

A further archway leads to the dining area with table & chairs.

On the first floor, there is a three-bedded room (bunk bed style, a double bed at the bottom with a small stepladder to a single bed at the top – & better suited to teenagers/children), the master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further double bedroom, a bathroom with bath & overhead shower and a washing machine. The two double bedrooms have access to a terrace with wonderful views.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and large built-in wardrobes.

The exterior offers a lovely swimming pool, a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers, a further terrace with comfy rattan sofas & chairs, a barbecue area, large outdoor table & chairs, and an outdoor bar area with views across the pool and sea, ideal for spending unforgettable summer evenings with family and friends.

Note – Regarding the access to Villa Bellamirada - there is parking on the road above the villa and stairs lead down from the road to the villa. There is also a stairlift for those that need it.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.

Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours. Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Hairdryers included, free of charge.

Air conditioning in the living area & the bedrooms, included.
