Overview

Villa Binimadi is located at the end of a residential road in Binisafua in the Southeastern corner of the island.

Recently renovated, it offers comfortable accommodation on two levels for a family of 4 adults & 2 children.

The living/dining & kitchen area, as well as 2 bedrooms & 1 shower room, are on the ground floor, and the master bedroom with its in-room feature shower is on the first-floor level.

Doors lead out from the living/dining/kitchen area to a covered terrace with a banco seating area and table & chairs, and a barbecue, for alfresco dining and from here, 5 steps lead down to the rectangular swimming pool, which is set in a lawned surround, enclosed by walls & fencing.

Walking distance to Binisafua & Es Calo Blanc beaches, 4kms to Binibeca beach & 2kms to the fishing village end there with bar/café/restaurants.

Note – this area is on the flight path and there will be occasional aircraft passing above.

On the ground floor – Living/dining area with comfortable banco seating sofa, ceiling fans, Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to terrace, archway to kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and door to terrace.

Gated entrance, driveway & parking area and gated entrance & 5 steps up to villa & entrance;

On the ground floor – 1 twin bedroom with door to terrace, 1 compact twin bedroom (beds in an L-shape layout – suitable for children only) and door to terrace, 1 shower room.

First floor – 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace and in-room feature shower, basin (& toilet separate).

Outside Space

Doors lead out from the living/dining/kitchen area to a covered terrace with a banco seating area and table & chairs, and a barbecue, for alfresco dining and from here, 5 steps lead down to the rectangular swimming pool, which is set in a lawned surround, enclosed by walls & fencing.

Location

Located in the residential area of Binisafua, Binisafua beach is only 450m away and the famous Es Caló Blanc is just as close, 400m away. It is 4kms to Binibeca beach and the fishing village there, where you can enjoy bar/café/restaurants, is 2kms away.

Other Items

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and Laundry service;

- For 1 week stays, towels are changed once mid-week.

- For 2 week stays, towels are changed twice mid-week and full service (cleaning, linen and towels) is done after 7 days.

Balearic's Tourism License – ET2031 ME

Air-conditioning in throughout.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
