Overview

Villa Leona is a 4 bedroomed, two-storey villa located in the popular resort of Santo Tomas on the lovely south coast of Menorca.

Set on a corner plot, in beautifully kept grounds and tucked away behind lush green hedges, it is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and resort centre of Santo Tomas.

Approached via a private driveway offering off-road parking, steps lead up to the main entrance of the villa and into the ground floor and long hallway running the length of the property.

To the right is the L-shaped kitchen, equipped with gas hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher & fridge/freezer, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living room, with its separate dining area, is a good size. There are 2 comfy sofas & chairs, 48? Wide Screen TV with IPTV system, DVD player, WIFI and doors to terrace, table & chairs and some pretty garden views. This is an ideal place for dinner of an evening or for a drink watching the sun set.

All 4 of the bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa - accessed by a spiral staircase - and each is air-conditioned: There is a master double bedroom with access to south-facing terrace and en-suite bathroom two twin-bedded rooms with access to terrace, and 1 single bedroom. There is a further bathroom on this first floor and a cloakroom on the ground floor.

Unusually, the private swimming pool with corner jacuzzi is inside the villa, with 3 sets of patio doors which open to an outdoor terrace, give you that ‘swimming outside but inside feel’. It is also heatable*.

The house boasts large and attractive exterior areas, ample sun-bathing terraces, as well as a barbecue for alfresco dining.

Location

it is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and resort centre of Santo Tomas.

Narrow lanes between the hotels and restaurants, as well as direct access at either end of the promenade and main street, lead down to the long, beautiful stretch of sand. The beach is split into 2 halves – Playa Santo Tomas and Playa San Adeodato – and is approximately 300m.

Most of Santo Tomas’ bars/cafes & restaurants sit along the main street overlooking the beachfront (bar 165m, restaurant 315m and mini market 185m).

It is approximately 2kms to Es Migjorn.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels.

Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours. Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Hairdryers included, free of charge.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms, included.
