Overview

Villa Stella is an attractive villa from the early 20th century that has been elegantly renovated by its owners, with a delightful garden that includes a salt-water swimming pool, and views of the Sicilian countryside sloping down towards the sea and Mount Erice.

A staircase from the garden, with palm trees and Mediterranean plants, leads up to the small balcony, with splendid majolica tiles, and entrance to the property.

The living/dining room is at the centre, around which the other rooms revolve, a typical feature of the Sicilian residences of this 19th & 20th centuries, it is a finely furnished space, with period furniture, and very airy, thanks to the high ceilings. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a small veranda overlooking the garden.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 elegant double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a further shower room.

Note – the Owner lives in a separate unit on the ground floor and the only shared part of the property is the main gate, the access to the grounds. Car parking (two parking spaces for guests) is uncovered and at the front of the villa.

Living Areas

Entrance to living/dining room with high ceilings & antique furnishings, further sitting area with Satellite TV & WIFI, kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and table & chairs.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
