Set between vineyards and olive trees, Villa Cudiano provides a tranquil and scenic location and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and Sicilian countryside from its terraces and swimming pool.

Steps lead up from the parking area to the property, which has been built for maximum comfort while remaining true to Sicilian culture, with ancient, exposed stone walls and a new roof and floor in the spirit of local customs.

A comfortable living room leads to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, and the living area has direct access to the spacious terrace with views of the swimming pool, the sea, and the countryside and is ideal for dining and living outdoors.

There are three large bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, perfect for a family or couples holidaying together, so that everyone has their own space & independence.

A 5-minute drive brings you to the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Grande, Donnalucata, and the Irminio natural sanctuary, as well as Scicli’s outstanding architectural and natural treasures.

Note – The Owner has requested “No Smoking” at the property.

The spacious upper terrace offers views of the swimming pool, the sea, and the countryside, and is surrounded by dry stone walls in the Ragusa style and is ideal for dining and living outdoors. Steps leads down to the swimming pool and sunbathing terraces.
