The elegant 17th century farmhouse is located in the village of Panzano in Chianti and looks over the organic vineyards and olive groves of the famous Conca d`oro, Chianti`s best wine region. The views are fantastic. The impressive stone-built villa with its traditional Tuscan architecture has been exceptionally restored and divided into four spacious, luxurious apartments that meet highest standards. Each apartment is harmoniously furnished with antiques and Tuscan country-style pieces. Stylish fabrics and exquisite accessories complete the furnishing. Cosy bedrooms with beautiful iron beds and high quality bed linen create an outstanding atmosphere. All bathrooms are completely new and very tastefully equipped. Each apartment has a private garden. The elegant swimming-pool and huge patio is shared. A separate meeting hall (suitable for cooking schools and meetings) and catering can be rented. Although the villa is privately located within old olive groves and wonderful vineyards, it is only a two minute walk into the village of Panzano where there are shops, restaurants and wine bars. An invaluable advantage for a relaxing holiday!

Living Areas

Each apartment enjoys its own well equipped kitchen and dining area, living room, private terrace or garden. The kitchens are equipped with refrigerator, dish washer and oven.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

This villa comprises of 5 spacious, luxurious apartments sleeping a maximum of 28 people. All bedrooms are doubles with full bathrooms with a shower.

120 – Loggia with four bedrooms

121 – Torre with two bedrooms

122 - Vigna with three bedrooms

123 – Colonna with four bedrooms

124 - Limoaia with one bedroom

Each apartment can be rented individually or the entire villa can be rented.

Outside Space

There is a shared pool with a large furnished terrace and covered loggia. There are exceptional views of the vineyards, olive groves and the rolling Tuscan hills.

Location

The privately located villa is only a short walk from the village of Panzano with its shops, restaurants and wine bars.

Panzano in Chianti (500 m), Province of Florence, Greve 8 km, Florence 33 km, Airport 1 hour.

Other Items

Rates include electricity, cooking gas, water, use of swimming pool, midweek and final cleaning. Use of internet, heating, Air conditioning, fire wood and a welcome gift at each apartment.

The following items can be requested in resort and paid for locally: telephone, additional maid service, dinners upon request. The meeting room can be rented for a fee of €250 a day and seats up to 80 people.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.

The property has a breakage deposit of €1000.

Other features include: Tennis court available at the winery of the owners (about 1km), the wine cellars can be visited. All bedrooms have air conditioning and screens. Washing machines and dryers in the guest laundry room.
