Located within a 20 minute drive from the prestigious golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, we are very proud to present Villa Areeiro - a magnificent four bedroom villa complete with a private infinity pool. Situated in a picturesque and peaceful setting with far reaching ocean views, Villa Areeiro is the perfect villa for a truly relaxing luxury family holiday.
Living Areas
Enter into the hallway with a guest cloakroom. The modern kitchen and dining area is complete with a dining table with seating for 8 people, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing international cable channels (including some English language channels), a large central island with a sink and four induction hobs, a coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, 2 fridges and a freezer, microwave & electric oven and grill. There is a sun room off the kitchen with a food preparation area and a sink, gas BBQ, 2 tables and 9 rattan chairs, and electric shutters that open onto the partially covered terrace. The lounge has comfy sofa seating, a fireplace for the winter months, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing international cable channels (including some English language channels) and double patio doors opening onto the partially covered terrace.
On the lower level of this beautiful villa you will find a guest cloakroom, a home cinema room which works with Netflix (bring your own log-in codes), the utility room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board and also has split unit air conditioning. There is a bar with five stools and sofa seating. Also in this area is a table tennis table to enjoy family tournaments.

Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a flat screen TV showing international cable channels (including some English language channels) and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a private terrace with countryside views and sunbeds.
Bedroom three is a room with a king size bed and it has fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing international cable channels (including some English language channels) and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a private terrace with sea and countryside views and sunbeds.
Bedroom four is a room with a king size double bed, wall mounted flat screen TV showing international cable channels (including some English language channels), a separate dressing room with plenty of wardrobe space, a 2 seater sofa bed and an en suite bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a Juliet style balcony with far reaching sea views.
Outside space
The infinity pool measures approx. 11m x 6m and is surrounded by wooden decking providing ample space for sunbathing on one of the many sunbeds provided. The partially covered terrace is complete with comfortable rattan chairs. The garden is laid to lawn and is surrounded by palm trees, plants and shrubs that create a beautiful setting from which to enjoy the countryside views.
There is plenty of space for parking on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates.
Location
Villa Areeiro is located just north of Almancil and within a 20 minute drive of the prestigious golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. There is a good selection of quality restaurants within short driving distance and the town of Almancil has all of the facilities you need, including supermarkets, banks and chemists. Close by is the Mar shopping centre with a wide range of shops, a designer retail outlet, a cinema and plenty of restaurants and eateries.
Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches, many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve can be found here, along with the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels are provided for guests use.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Almancil.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
Offers & Discounts
Villa Areeiro is being offered with a 25% discount to compensate for any disturbance caused by the 3 building sites nearby to the property. If you wish to know more about the building works, please ask us for more information before booking.
