Overview

Villa Simone is a five bedroom villa with a private pool and a newly added jacuzzi which represents great value for money. This charming villa is built on three levels and located in the popular 'Crest' development which is conveniently only a short drive from the prestigious resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta da Lago where you will find world-class championship golf courses, stunning beaches, gourmet restaurants, and a variety of leisure activities.

Villa Simone features electric blinds throughout with individual room controls, air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet all of which are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The lounge and dining area are of an open plan design and are furnished with comfortable sofa seating, a large flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), split unit air conditioning and patio doors that lead to a wonderful outdoor upper dining terrace, perfect for al fresco meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a double fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, SodaStream, popcorn machine, integrated electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, four electric hobs and an extractor. The kitchen shares the same balcony as the lounge and has stairs leading down to the pool area.

On the lower level of the property you will find the laundry room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board; and last but not least the air conditioned cinema room which is complete with a large projector screen with Bose sound bar and a projector which allows you to stream your favourite TV shows using your log-in credentials.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one & two are on the entrance level. Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the garden. Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and patio doors that lead to a Juliet balcony. Both bedrooms one & two share the adjacent bathroom with a heated towel rail.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is the master double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with far reaching sea views and that is furnished with two chairs. Bedroom four is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

On the lower level of the property you will find bedroom five which is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a patio door which leads to the garden. This room uses the adjacent shower room complete with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The upper dining balcony off the lounge and kitchen is where you can enjoy your group's al fresco dining where the budding chefs in the party can be creative on the gas Broil king BBQ. The large dining table has plenty of seating and overlooks the pool and garden. From here steps lead down to the pool which measures approx. 9m x 4m and has steps for convenient entry. For the sun worshippers in the group, ten sun loungers occupy the poolside terrace and for those who prefer a little shade there are also two parasols. The garden is laid to lawn with palm trees and shrubs and the surrounding hedgerow provides privacy. There is also comfy outside sofa seating, perfect to relax on with a good book.

Location

The Crest is a gated development located on an elevated position boasting sweeping views down to the coast and conveniently located within a ten minute drive of the the prestigious resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, allowing your holiday to be as peaceful or action-packed as you wish. The nearby towns of Almancil and the historical city of Loulé both have all the facilities that you would need on your holiday including supermarkets, chemists, shops, cafes, restaurants and banks. The recently built Mar Shopping complex with cinemas, a food hall, designer outlet and many more shops is also a ten minute drive away.

Rates include a mid-week maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bed linen change and bathroom towel change. Pool towels, a hairdryer, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
