Welcome to Jade Villa, a stunning, recently renovated 2 bedroom villa centrally situated in the popular resort of Dunas Douradas- close to the renowned beach restaurants Maria's, Izzy's and Julia's and to the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. Sleeping up to four guests, this villa has everything you need for that perfect getaway to the Algarve. With your own private pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement), spacious sun bathing terraces and lots to do in the surrounding area including the use of the communal Dunas Douradas facilities, you will be spoilt for choice during your stay.

Air conditioning throughout and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the weekly rental rate.

Living Areas

Jade Villa will give you that holiday feeling as soon as you step inside the bright modern lounge furnished with comfy sofa seating; a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with an IPTV box showing a wide range of channels including English language channels BBC, ITV & Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc on the Smart TV); split unit air conditioning and a breakfast table with seating for four people. Double patio doors open directly to the poolside terrace bringing the feeling of outside living, inside!

The modern and fully equipped kitchen has appliances including a fridge freezer, hand blender, four electric hobs, extractor, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, electric oven & grill, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one has a zip and link bed which is prepared as two single beds or can be made as a super king double bed upon prior request; a free standing wardrobe; split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent bathroom with shower unit and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.

Stairs lead you up to bedroom two which also has a zip & link bed which is prepared as a super king double bed but can be made up as two single beds upon prior request; a free standing wardrobe; split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a free standing bath tub, walk-in shower unit and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the private first floor balcony.

Outside Space

Extending from the lounge is the poolside patio, providing space to relax in the sun; relax on the comfy seating or dine on ‘al fresco’ meals freshly cooked on the gas barbecue provided. The swimming pool measures approximately 4.5m x 3.5m and includes Roman style steps for entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplement. The poolside terrace is furnished with four good quality sun loungers for the sun worshippers in your group; the comfy seating area and a shaded dining table with seating for six people. It really is a lovely place to chill and read a book; or spend time relaxing with your family and friends.

Next to the master bedroom is the private first floor terrace which is furnished with two sun loungers and comfy exterior sofa and chair seating. This is a very spacious and private area, perfect for relaxing or have a sundowner or two!

Location

Dunas Douradas is a popular development, where local facilities include tennis courts, a communal pool, poolside bar and the restaurant Xenia, which is literally across the way from Jade Villa. The property is situated close to all the resort amenities and is a short walk to the stunning beach, Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente or more commonly know as 'Julia's beach', where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries. You are also within close walking distance of Maria's beach restaurant and the Vale do Lobo tennis academy.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change and a weekly cleaning service, bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

The common areas are for the exclusive use of Dunas Douradas owners and guests using a magnetic key. Temporary magnetic keys can be requested at Reception of Dunas Douradas at a refundable cost of €20 (this amount is refunded when the key is handed back to reception on check-out). The tennis court & the aesthetics centre can also be booked at reception (additional cost and subject to availability).

The common area facilities of Dunas Douradas include the main reception, Roman-style swimming pool for adults and children, the Xénia Restaurant, a pool bar & mini-market.
