Townhouse Havana is a recently and beautifully renovated three bedroom, three bathroom semi-detached villa with a private plunge pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement), attractive gardens and far reaching sea views. Townhouse Havana is the perfect coastal retreat and benefits from being situated on a corner plot at the end of a row linked properties, and is located just over a five minute walk to the Julia's beach. Air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-Fi included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The kitchen, dining area, and lounge are designed in one open plan layout. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances, including four electric hobs, an extractor, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, an integrated electric oven, a grill, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, and a washing machine. Patio doors lead to a covered terrace and the pool area. The dining area is furnished with a table and six chairs, and also has patio doors leading to the pool. The lounge has comfortable sofa seating, air conditioning, a large flat-screen Smart TV with a Sonos sound bar and the TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Double patio doors lead directly to the garden and pool and there is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a twin room with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a front facing balcony.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is the master double suite complete with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors lead to a private balcony with sea views and furnished with a table and two chairs. Here you will find a further door that leads to the roof terrace with amazing sea views. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a front facing balcony. There is a personal safe for guests use on the landing.

Outside Space

The private garden is laid to lawn with faux grass and surrounded with mature trees, shrubs & flowers. The pool measures approx. 7m x 4m and has steps for convenient entry and the poolside terrace is furnished with six sunbeds and a parasol. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. For the budding chefs in the group there is a gas BBQ with a food preparation area, outside fridge and a sink. Enjoy your al fresco meals on the large dining table with seating for eight people. There is also a covered seating area furnished with comfy sofa seating, the ideal spot for relaxing with a good book. From the garden stairs lead up to the roof terrace with amazing views of the area stretching to the coast and furnished with a high table and four accompanying stools, a great spot for sundowners!.

Location

Townhouse Havana enjoys a delightful location and is only a short walk to the stunning beach, Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente or more commonly know as 'Julia's beach', where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants and eateries. You are also within close walking distance of Maria's beach restaurant and the Vale do Lobo tennis academy. Townhouse Havana benefits from being situated on a corner plot at the end of a row of linked villas.

Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week, mid-week bathroom towel change and weekly bathroom towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience. Parking for one car is provided.
