Casa Alex is an impressive luxury three bedroom villa with heatable pool situated in Vale do Garrao, close to Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and some of the Algarve's most stunning beaches. The villa has been beautifully refurbished to a very high standard and features top quality interior design throughout. Living Areas

Lovely spacious open plan living area and kitchen- with split unit air conditioning; wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports; BT Sports; BBC and ITV; Bose I-pod dock; comfy sofas and dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including a microwave; oven; Dolce Gusto coffee maker; toaster; kettle; percolator; Nutri-bullet; 4 electric hobs; fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The garage houses the washing machine; tumble dryer; iron & ironing board and an additional fridge freezer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds, which can be prepared as a 1.60 x 2.00 metre double bed upon request; split unit a/c; an en suite shower room with large walk-in shower and patio doors to the terrace. Bedroom two has a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed (which can be prepared as a twin upon prior request); split unit a/c; an en suite shower room with walk in shower and doors to the poolside terrace.

Bedroom three is on the first floor of the villa, and this bedroom is complete with a 1.80 x 2.00 metre double bed; split unit a/c; an en suite shower room with walk in shower and door to the excellent first floor terrace which is furnished with comfy seating, 2 x sun loungers and a table & chairs, protected by an electric awning.

Outside Space

Off-road parking is available on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates. The villa is fitted with an intercom and gate entry system. The poolside terraces are stylishly furnished with an exterior dining table and chairs; 2 large loungers; parasol; comfy seating and 3 standard sun loungers. Al-fresco meals can be cooked on the charcoal BBQ. The swimming pool is free form in shape and measures approximately 9 x 4 metres with steps entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.

Location

Located close to the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, there is a full range of recreational facilities nearby including shops, bars, restaurants, championship golf courses and a choice of fabulous beaches. The nearest beach is a 12 minute walk away.
