Overview

Villa Douro is an impressive five bedroom luxury villa located a short distance from the fabulous Dunas Douradas beach. Spacious and comfortably furnished throughout, Villa Douro benefits from a lovely private pool and garden area, and a delightful roof terrace with far reaching ocean views.

Villa Douro is air conditioned throughout. The entrance to the villa is on the same level as the swimming pool and poolside terraces, and is reached via a flight of steps. The entrance level of the villa consists of the living room; dining area; kitchen; utility room; bedrooms one, two and three and two shared bathrooms.

Living Areas

The living room is large and spacious, with big comfortable sofas, cable television, a DVD player and double sliding doors leading directly to the poolside terraces. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped, with appliances including an American style fridge freezer, microwave, electric hobs, oven, dishwasher and a coffee maker. The washing machine and tumble dryer are to be found in the adjacent utility room.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are double rooms with doors leading to the poolside terrace. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom that can be prepared as a double upon request and these three bedrooms share the entrance level bathroom, which has a large walk-in shower unit and up the corridor there is an additional shower room on this floor as well.

Bedrooms four and five are on the upper level of the villa. Bedroom four is a double room with a private terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. Master bedroom five is a double room with a dressing area, safe, private terrace and an en suite bathroom with a bath and additional shower unit

From the upper level of the villa, an external stairwell takes you up to the fabulous roof terrace with wooden decking, comfortable seating and sea views- a great place to relax and unwind in peace and quiet.

In the basement you find a games room containing, table tennis, pool table and Football table. As well as a seperate TV room.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures 9 x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge. The deep end of the pool is 2.00 metres and the shallow end is 1.00 metres. A pleasant raised terrace with a circular dining table overlooks the pool area and is the perfect place to enjoy meals cooked on the gas barbecue.
