This stunning property has been recently totally refurbished throughout to create a premium quality, contemporary design villa that enjoys arguably the best panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding coastline that Vale do Lobo has to offer!

In addition to the unbeatable views, Villa Atlantico has everything you require for your well deserved luxury family villa holiday, including the heated pool (weekly supplement applies); games room with surround sound cinema room, table tennis table, pool table and gym area; Sonos sound system; Wi-fi internet; electric shutters and air conditioning throughout the property (which is included in the rental rates).

There is also a jacuzzi hot tub with ocean views, the use of which is included in the rental rates!

This four bedroom villa can sleep up to 10 persons with the use of two extra beds on the lower level of the property.

Living Areas

Villa Atlantico benefits from lovely spacious and open plan living areas. The kitchen is open plan to the air conditioned dining area, with table and seating for 10 persons; or the breakfast bar can comfortably seat 3 persons. The contemporary air conditioned kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including the wine chiller; American style fridge freezer with cold water and ice dispenser; central island with 4 x electric hobs and extractor; integrated microwave and oven; filter coffee maker; kettle; toaster and dishwasher.

Open plan to the dining area is the living room, stylishly furnished and complete with a flat screen smart TV with an IPTV box with a large selection of 600+ UK and international channels including BBC, ITV and Sports; Sonos sound bar- so you can download the app and stream your favourite personal music directly from your smart device and fibre broadband internet. Please bring your own log-in credentials to use Netflix and Amazon prime on the smart TV. From the living room, double patio doors lead directly to the terrace with outstanding views of the pool and ocean.

The open plan lower level of Villa Atlantico is packed with entertainment treats. The games room features the kids area with books and games; table tennis table; pool table; gym equipment including the running machine, cross trainer, cycling machine and yoga mat plus a fridge freezer for drinks and refreshments; cinema area with huge wall mounted flat screen smart TV with IPTV channels, surround sound Bose speakers and a Sonos sound bar. On the lower level of the villa you will also find the utility area, with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a shower facility on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms in Villa Atlantico are air conditioned. All bathrooms in Villa Atlantico are fitted with towel heaters.

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom one is the Princess suite with twin beds; and bedroom two is the Pool suite, with double bed and patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace. Bedrooms one and two share the use of the ground floor family bathroom, with double vanities and large double walk-in shower. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor of the villa.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of Villa Atlantico. Bedroom three is the Master suite, which is as you would expect is south facing and with glorious views of the ocean. Wall mounted flat screen smart TV with the large selection of IPTV channels; 2.00 x 2.00 metres double bed; double wardrobes with safe; patio doors to the south facing terrace and an air conditioned en suite bathroom with double vanities, large walk-in shower and the bath- perfectly positioned to take in the ocean views!

Bedroom four is the Blue bedroom, with zip and link beds so can be made up as twin beds or as a double, patio doors to the ocean view terrace and an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit and double vanities.

Outside Space

The fabulous pool area and exterior terraces of Villa Atlantico are enhanced still further by the breath taking ocean views. The swimming pool measures approximately 11 metres x 5.5 metres, with corner steps entry and the pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and is positioned next to the shaded exterior dining area which is furnished with the dining table with seating for 10 persons- the perfect place to enjoy al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the Beefeater gas BBQ. From the poolside terrace a few steps lead up to the shaded relaxation terrace, furnished with comfy seating and equipped with Sonos speakers for your music- a great place to chill out, unwind and enjoy the amazing views.

Location

Villa Atlantico is located in the Encosta do Lobo development on the eastern side of Vale do Lobo. From here, the tennis academy is within easy reach, and the beautiful beach at Dunas Douradas and the famous Maria's beach restaurant can be reached within a 10-15 minute leisurely stroll via a shortcut pathway close to the villa.

The renowned Vale do Lobo tennis centre features a communal pool, café, restaurant and of course the tennis academy, where special packages for tennis lessons are available for Sun-hat customers.

The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo also boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; and the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries and family entertainment during the summer months.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week; bathroom towels- changed midweek and weekly; and bedroom linen changed on a weekly basis. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Underfloor heating is available for a weekly supplement during the low season and winter seasons.
