Villa Jeff is a stunning contemporary four bedroom, three bathroom villa with heated swimming pool located just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach. This premium quality villa has everything you need for your luxury villa holiday close to the beach- including a centralized air conditioning system, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, Sonos system, super fast Wi-fi broadband and much more.

Living Areas

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including 4 x electric hobs, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, juicer, Nespresso coffee maker, integrated oven and microwave, American style fridge freezer. Breakfast bar with 3 stools and separate dining area with seating for 8 persons. The laundry room, complete with washing machine and tumble dryer, is accessed externally.

The living room is furnished with comfy sofas so you can relax and enjoy the wide range of English language cable channels available on the wall mounted flat screen TV- including Sky Sports, BT Sports, BBC and ITV. Wi-fi internet connection (100 mbs fibre broadband) and Sonos sound system- download the app and stream your favourite music from your smart devices to the speakers.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Jeff has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are serviced by the centralised air conditioning system with individual room controls. All bathrooms have underfloor heating. Bedroom one has a double bed, patio doors to the side terrace, a wall mounted TV with cable channels and an en suite bathroom with cable channels.

Bedroom two has twin beds and a wall mounted TV with cable channels. Bedroom three has a double bed, wall mounted TV and doors to the side terrace. Bedrooms two and three share the use of the adjacent family bathroom with bath with shower and double vanities.

Bedroom four is the master suite with super king sized double bed, wall mounted TV with cable channels, double wardrobes with safe and an en suite bathroom with a large shower unit.

Outside Space

Villa Jeff has a lovely swimming pool that measures 13 metres x 3 metres with steps entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge and there is an electric cover to retain the heat at night. The poolside terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers and there is an exterior dining table and chairs for 8 persons, perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the Beefeater gas BBQ with food preparation area whilst listening to the outdoor Sonos system. Steps lead up to the first terrace with seating and then additional steps take you up to the top terrace with a partial sea view. The villa has off-road parking for one vehicle, protected by the electric entry gates. And don't forget to enjoy those family holiday tournaments on the pool table!

Location

Villa Jeff has a great location. You can choose to at any time to head down to the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach, which is only a few minutes walk away. Also within close walking distance is the renowned beachfront restaurant Maria's; as are the restaurants at nearby Praia do Garrao Nascente, where you will find trendy and popular beach restaurants such as Julias and Izzy's.

The famous Vale do Lobo Praca, home to a wide selection of good quality restaurants including Sandbanks, Breeze and La Terrazza, can be accessed by walking along from the Dunas Douradas beach. And if you head in the other direction towards Quinta do Lago, you have a couple of excellent beach restaurants, such as the renowned 2 Passos with its fantastic views.

For sports enthusiasts, the Vale do Lobo tennis centre is on your doorstep and the superb golf courses that both Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago have to offer are also only a short distance away. Within 15 to 20 minutes’ drive are shopping malls, water parks, cinemas and other visitor attractions.

Also located just a 20-25 minute drive from the airport at Faro.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
