The Cluster Villas in Four Seasons Fairways sleep 6 persons and come in different styles. These properties have 2 bedrooms with a private pool. Located at the heart of Quinta do Lago, Four Seasons Fairways is an exclusive resort with 132 luxury properties which blend the finest traditions of Portuguese architecture with beautiful landscaped gardens.

Including air cooling for the Summer months and heating systems for the cooler months. Each villa has a telephone, hairdryer and pool towels are also provided. The high quality furnishings have been chosen to complement the classic interior décor.

Living Areas

An entrance hall leads into the main living space which comprises a large, comfortable sitting room with a fireplace, sofa bed, satellite TV including Sky Sports, direct dial telephones, wi-fi internet connection; a dining area with seating for 6 and an adjacent fully fitted kitchen, which is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, etc, and a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. DVD players can be requested and are free of charge, subject to availability.

Duplex property with double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and spa bath on the first floor. 1 twin bedroom with separate shower room and a sofa bed in the living room.

Outside Space

Patio doors give access to the terraces, which are furnished with sun loungers and a patio table with 4 chairs giving ample opportunity for relaxation and meals ‘al fresco’ for which a gas BBQ is provided. Some terraces have an additional laid to lawn garden with a variety of trees and flowering shrubs. The private pool has Roman style steps.

Temporary membership of the Club allows you to take advantage of the exceptional facilities which include the Clubhouse restaurant, a choice of indoor and outdoor heated pools (including a children’s pool), tennis courts, a health and fitness centre, jacuzzi, saunas and a gym – in addition to many other leisure activities. During school holidays, the Fairways Fun Club accepts children of 5 years of age and up, and babysitting is available throughout the year.

There is 24 hour security and rates include a maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Please note there is a breakage deposit of £200 required on arrival.
