Casa Rosal is a delightful four bedroom villa with air conditioning, Wi-fi internet and a heated private pool. Furnished with a mixture of rustic and modern styles, the property has bright bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, all with en suite bathrooms. Located within walking distance to the beach.

Living Areas

The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include a microwave, oven, electric hobs, extractor, coffee maker, juicer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The large entrance hall leads to the open plan living/ dining room with comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV with cable channels, DVD player and Wi-fi Internet.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom one is a twin with an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is a double with an en suite bathroom. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is a twin room that can be prepared as a double upon request, an en suite shower room and patio doors to the terrace. Bedroom four is a double room with an en suite shower room and doors to the terrace.

Outside Space

Outside the pool area is very pleasant. The swimming pool is 'L-shaped' and measures approximately 7 x 4 metres. Steps entry, there is also a removable pool fence available to guests.

The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge, Charcoal BBQ and dining area with table and chairs for 8 persons and a retractable awning. The villa has a roof terrace with sea views.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience

Location

Nearest airport is Faro (40 kms); Nearest beach is Sao Rafael (500 metres); Nearest restaurant is Ponta Grande (300 metres; Nearest Minimarket is 500 metres.

Sao Rafael is located in a privileged area with a beautiful sandy beach (recently voted one of the top ten beaches in Europe). Within 45 minutes drive from Faro airport, this area is central to the Algarve and has got a lot to offer- the nearest golf is at Salgados course which is about 5 minutes drive. Other nearby activities include Zoomarine, Water parks, Boat Trips, Walking and much more are within short distance.

Galé/ Vale da Parra- Approx 4 kms to the west of Albufeira Old Town , is the stunningly beautiful ‘Blue Flag’ beaches of Galé. The beach is around 5 kms long with clean golden sand, therefore even in the height of summer one can find plenty of space to sunbathe. Turning left (East) on Gale beach, the scenery changes entirely, with small cliffs and rock formations where you will regularly see anglers fishing for their evening meal. The cliffs form many intimate coves that give a safe and natural wind break, where children can play in the crashing waves or explore the rock pools. From here it is possible to clamber over the rock and head east to as far as São Rafael beach passing São Lourenço, Evaristo, Castelo and Praia da Coelha beaches, each with their own beach restaurants and character and all absolutely stunning.

Guia- Guia has its own very special character. It is the home of Chicken Piri-Piri, which is absolutely delicious! There are many Chicken Piri-Piri restaurants as well as others that serve both Portuguese and international cuisine. There are also bars, banks, chemist, post office, fruit and veg. market, bakery and mini market. From Guia it is only a few minutes drive to the Algarve Shopping Centre. Here you will find many shops including a very large supermarket. There are also many cafes and restaurants plus a cinema . So plenty to do! A five minute drive to the west of Guia is the very popular Zoomarine. This is simply a must for all the family as it has so much to offer.

Albufeira Old Town- About 10 minutes away by car to the East of Vale da Parra is the Old town of Albufeira. It is, and has been for many years, a favourite destination of the British and the Irish. Although there have been many changes over the years, the 'Old Town still has that magical feel to it. Sitting in a bar or restaurant in the square with a glass of wine or beer in hand listening to the street entertainment is absolutely fantastic.From the square, it is a very leisurely stroll through the cobbled streets to 'Fishermans Beach'.
