The four superior plus villas are situated just 700 metres away from the beautiful Sao Rafael beach and enjoy ocean views from the first floor terrace and a communal pool facility.

Living Areas
Open plan living dining room with 2 x split a/c units and a full HD flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels and furnished with comfortable sofas and table and chairs. Open plan to the kitchenette, which is fully equipped with appliances including an oven, microwave, washer/dryer, electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer and blender. There is direct access to the underground parking space via stairs from this level.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa and this bedroom has twin beds, split unit a/c, a wall mounted flat screen TV and the use of the ground floor bathroom with hairdryer and shower unit. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has twin beds, doors to the terrace with sea views, flat screen TV and split unit a/c. Bedroom three is a double bedroom with split a/c, double wardrobes with safe and doors to a terrace with sea views. These two bedrooms share the use of the family bathroom with shower unit and hairdryer.
It is possible for the superior plus units to accommodate one extra baby in a cot.
Outside Space
Parking space for one vehicle in the lower level garage from which there is direct access to from the ground level of the villas. On the first floor of the villa there is a lovely spacious terrace with seating, table and chairs and ocean views.
The 4 superior plus villas benefit from the use of a communal pool with terrace furnished with sun loungers. Or guests can also use the pool at the nearby Sao Rafael guesthouse.
Location
The Sao Rafael Palm villas plus are situated in a fantastic location just 700 metres to the beautiful Sao Rafael beach with beach bar & restaurant and with hire of sun shades and loungers available. Alternatively just 5 minutes away on foot is Arrifes beach and beach bar.
The area is easy to reach as it is just 10 minutes by car from Albufeira's lively centre, 10 minutes from the Via do Infante (A22) motorway and 40 minutes from Faro's international airport.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, towel change and linen is changed weekly. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Albufeira Area.
