Overview

The Sao Rafael One and Two Bedroom Ocean Villas with Private Pool are high specification, luxury self -catering accommodation units have one or two bedrooms and sleep four persons plus the possibility of two extra persons upon request. The six villas are situated within walking distance of the beautiful Sao Rafael beach and some of them enjoy ocean views from the terrace and private plunge pool (ocean views are not guaranteed at the time of booking). Pool heating is now available for a supplemental charge.

These highly recommended properties have wi-fi internet and air conditioning included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Open plan living/dining room with split unit a/c and a full HD flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels and furnished with comfortable sofas and table and chairs. Open plan to the kitchenette, which is fully equipped with appliances including an oven, microwave, electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer and blender. Washing machine facilities are available in the lower level garage next to your parking space.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom one is the master suite with double bed, split unit a/c, an en suite bathroom with shower unit, double vanities and hairdryer. Doors to the terrace with lovely sea views, table & chairs and comfy seating.

Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with split unit a/c and an en suite shower room. On the ground floor of the villa there is an additional guest cloakroom with shower. This is only available when the two bed villa option is reserved

Outside Space

The private plunge pool measure 5 x 2 metres and is 1.20 metres in depth, pool heating is now available for a supplemental charge.The poolside terrace is furnished with table & chairs, and comfy seating from which to relax and enjoy the ocean views.

Parking space for one vehicle in the lower level garage. The six villas are situated on a secure and gated development which can benefit from the use of the pool at the nearby Sao Rafael guesthouse.

Pool Heating

Between May and October, this service can only be guaranteed if reserved/requested with a minimum of 48 hours in advance (maximum reached temperature: 28C);

Between November and April, this service can only be guaranteed if reserved/requested with a minimum of 72 hours in advance (maximum reached temperature: 25C)

Please note that, according to weather conditions, during the night and during the morning, the water temperature may decrease and that the pool is progressively heated throughout the day.

Location

The Sao Rafael Ocean Villas with Private Pool are situated in a fantastic location within walking distance of Sao Rafael beach with renowned beach bar & restaurant and with hire of sun shades and loungers available. Alternatively just a few minutes away on foot is Arrifes beach and beach bar.

The area is easy to reach as it is just 10 minutes by car from Albufeira's lively centre, 10 minutes from the Via do Infante (A22) motorway and 40 minutes from Faro's international airport.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service, towel change and linen is changed weekly. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.

Cleaning Update:- Villas

• For stays of 5 or more nights 1 cleaning service is included during the stay (that is in a 7 night stay there will be 1 cleaning service and for 10 night stays there will be 2 cleaning services);

• Should the Guests wish to have additional cleaning services, please consider the following costs extra/day:

T1 + Studio – € 30,00 (maximum 2h00)

V2 - € 40,00 (maximum 2h30)

V3 - € 55,00 (maximum 3h30)
