Entrance level: Twin bedroom, and a Single bedroom for a child. Bathroom (with a shower over the bath)
First floor : King size bedroom with patio doors to a large balcony with sea views, and with an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a walk in shower. Double bedroom with patio doors to the large balcony and an en suite bathroom with a shower inside the bath.
The villa prices includes up to 7 persons using the entrance level twin bedroom and the first floor double bedrooms.
Outside Space
The mosaic tiled swimming pool (10m x 5m) has Roman steps, and is surrounded with terraces and gardens, with a pool shower. The pool water is biologically cleaned, which makes the pool particularly pleasant to swim in, as in normal use, no chlorine is added.

Harmonia is a very spacious villa located on a gentle hillside overlooking Vale da Parra, all the way to the sea. The 'Blue Flag ' beaches of São Rafael to Galé are only a 5 minute drive away.
Distances : Supermarket 300 metres, Restaurant & Café 300 metres, Beach 2.5 kms, Salgados Golf Course 3kms.

There is an alarm system and a safe. The property is totally enclosed by walls and electrically operated gates. The villa has WiFi connection. The villa provides pool towels and a hair dryer.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Gale, Vale da Parra and Guia.

Applies To
Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
