Sun-hat would like to welcome you to villa Fiona, a lovely, south facing four bedroom property with a private, fenced pool. Spread over three levels and situated in the popular Vale de Parra area of Albufeira, villa Fiona is conveniently close to a range of amenities, including shops, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. Whether you are looking to explore the local area or simply relax by the pool, Villa Fiona offers the perfect base for your family holiday. Living Areas

On the entrance level you will find a spacious living area furnished with comfortable leather sofas and two chairs, this area has split unit air conditioning and a media desk with a monitor and keyboard for those who are mixing a little work with their holiday. Patio doors open onto a small seating area.

Adjacent to the living area, you'll find the first fully equipped kitchen complete with a table and four chairs, appliances include an integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, dishwasher, four electric hobs, extractor and a fridge freezer. The utility room off the kitchen houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

On the lower level of the property you'll be greeted by a large living space and an additional fully equipped kitchen with marble worktops and appliances including a Krups Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, four electric hobs, extractor and a fridge freezer, large patio doors lead to the poolside terrace and provide this area with natural light. The living space is furnished with a comfy L-shaped sofa, a flat screen Smart TV showing international cable channels including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There is also a Boom box to enable you to stream your favourite music from your Smart device. There is a child gate at the bottom of the stairs leading from the entrance level. There is also a guest shower room on the lower level with a walk-in shower unit.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the entrance level and is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent bathroom.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two, three and four. At the top of the stairs there is a child stair gate fitted. Bedroom two is a double room (which can be made into singles upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto a small balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. All three upper bedrooms share the family bathroom with double vanities.

Outside Space

The south facing garden is complete with a charcoal BBQ, food preparation area and a sink. Enjoy your al-fresco meals on the large, exterior dining table with seating for eight people. The swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 4m and has a ladder for easy entry and is surrounded by a fence. Laid to lawn to the side of the pool and furnished with sun loungers and a parasol if you prefer a little shade. There is also an outside shower.

Location

Situated in the Vale de Parra area of Albufeira and is close to the nearest bar and restaurant. The golf course at Salgados is just 5kms away and within close driving distance is the Zoomarine aquatic park; the town centre of Guia- the home of Chicken Piri-Piri; and some of the Algarve's most iconic beaches.
