Overview

Villa Lila is a totally private four plus one bedroom property with an infinity pool (can be heated for an extra weekly supplement) and a private jacuzzi that enjoys an elevated position and has stunning, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Located only 10 minutes driving distance to a selection of the finest beaches in the Algarve all of which have their own beach bar/restaurants, including Sao Rafael beach which was voted one of the best beaches in Europe.

The villa also has a one double bedroom self contained apartment.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, private jacuzzi, table tennis table, electric shutters throughout are all included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and two stools is well equipped with appliances including a four electric hobs, fridge freezer, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, extractor, filter coffee machine, blender and a door leading through to the open plan lounge and dining area. The dining area has a table and seating for eight people, a serving hatch from the kitchen and double patio doors opening onto the BBQ terrace.

The bright and spacious lounge with a domed ceiling and double patio doors opening onto the poolside is furnished with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the main terrestrial UK channels and some others (please bring your own log-in codes to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), comfy sofa seating and lovely views of the sea. There is a guest cloakroom on this level. On the lower level is laundry room that houses the washing machine, iron & ironing board.

From the main entrance of Villa Lila a pathway leads to a self contained, spacious studio apartment with its own entrance door. The apartment is complete with a double bed, two x 2 seater sofas, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, dining table with seating for four people, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same channels as the main villa, fully fitted open plan kitchenette with appliances including four electric ceramic hobs, extractor, fridge freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave and an en suite shower room with walk-in shower.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

From the lounge three steps lead up to bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the garden. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the pool area.

A further six steps lead up to an office area with a desk and bedroom three, which is a double room with fitted wardrobes, safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Further steps lead up to the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a dressing area, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool with amazing sea views.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures approximately 10m x 5m with the shallow end measuring approximately 0.80m and the deep end measuring approximately 3.00m (pool heating is an optional extra for a weekly supplemental charge, there is a pool cover to protect the warmth). From the terraces you have wonderful sea views. The sunbathing terrace is furnished with eight sun loungers, a jacuzzi, exterior shower and built-in brick charcoal BBQ. There is a large covered terrace with a dining terrace and seating for ten people and a further terrace with comfy rattan furniture and concertina glass doors for windy days. There is also a table tennis table for those family tournaments.

Location

There is a wonderful selection of blue Flag beaches and coves in the area, which are just a couple of minutes drive away from each other, for example: Sao Rafael, Castelo, Evaristo, São Lourenço and the long sandy beach of Gale. Just a 10 minute drive away is the town of Albufeira, famous for its interesting old town, marina and nightlife.

Rates include a weekly maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
